Zuuk International has three divisions: Zuuk Industrial, Zuuk Inspection and ZuukCM (Commercial / Mechanical). Zuuk is headquartered in Charleston, South Carolina.
Zuuk Industrial focuses on high-quality, high-profile, time-critical [capital repair/construction] projects, governed by the most stringent mechanical and nuclear codes.
Zuuk Inspection offers a full spectrum of non-destructive testing and examination services under codes including ASME, API, AWS, ASNT, ANSI, ABS, MIL-STD, NQA-1, ASTM and others.
ZuukCM – provides maintenance, routine repair, mechanical modification and service.
Zuuk’s Quality Assurance Department (QAD), in collaboration with our production planners, develop procedures that meet the strictest quality requirements of national codes, leading international manufacturers, and governments. Zuuk is a holder of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) certification for shop and field fabrication of pressure vessels and power boilers. The National Board of Boiler Inspectors’ certificate of authorization certifies Zuuk to repair, alter and re-rate boilers and vessels. Zuuk holds the “S”, “U”, “PP”, “NB” and “R” Stamp certifications.

History
2008
Booz Allen Hamilton asks the top management of an international marine boiler firm to establish a corporation specifically to team for procuring a multi-billion dollar Foreign Military Service contract.
2009
Zuuk International originated as a non-destructive testing corporation to provide services specifically for the award of the FMS contract.
2011
Zuuk moves its testing services into the industrial market with a large API inspection contract with General Physics at the Honeywell plant in Hopewell, Virginia.
2012
Zuuk International expands through acquisitions to transition into three divisions:
• Zuuk Inspection
• Zuuk Industrial
• ZuukCM
2013
Zuuk Industrial expands its welding capabilities with the implementation of high-purity autogenous welding. Zuuk Inspection invests a large portion of its capital budget to increase its Ultrasonic Testing services through the addition of Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT).
2014
Zuuk Inspection achieves its NQA-1 status and actively enters the nuclear inspection markets.
2015
Zuuk Industrial gains high-dollar pipeline fabrication projects, as it advances its piping services to include long-run, underground pressure piping.
2016
ZuukCM (commercial and mechanical division) in a joint effort with Zuuk Industrial expands its heat exchanger offering as a turn-key service to include cleaning, testing, repair and new fabrication.
2017
ZuukCM expands to include longer-term service contracts for package boilers.
