The POS program cultivates those Production employees who have demonstrated the character and drive that warrants Zuuk in the said employee. The program is designed to allow the participant to advance at a comfortable pace over four to seven years. With each collective achievement (called “a module”), the participant receives a raise.
All participants will have free resources in defining his or her path of opportunities. All participants will be required to take a General (introductory) module which will encompass Zuuk Operations and basic industrial skills that are transferrable to any trade in our market. After this, the POS employee will have additional modules that will build off of their previous achievements and expand his or her knowledge in Zuuk’s primary technical labor streams.
